We hereby invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting in accordance with Section 9 of the Articles of Association.

We will send you the distribution of votes on Monday, 08.12.205. We are currently compiling the updated membership lists as at the cut-off date of 30.11.2025.
The general meeting of the association is open to the public. However, only members of the working groups and associations who have entered their names on the attendance list are entitled to vote. However, all members are of course cordially invited to attend.
We will send you all the information for the performances planned under agenda item 4 in advance. We also offer an appointment for interested parties to exchange information. This will take place on 14.12.2025 and/or 15.12.2025.
