Theresa Hannig studied political science and worked as a software developer before turning to writing full-time. In her texts, she deals with the future of our society in terms of capitalism, AI and climate change. Hannig’s novels have won several awards, including the Fantastic Literature Prize Seraph for Best Book 2023 at the Leipzig Book Fair for her novel Pantopia. She was awarded the Tassilo Culture Prize by Süddeutsche Zeitung in 2023 for her commitment to making women writers visible to the public.

Topical, time-critical and extremely exciting. A climate fiction thriller about the future of climate activism. Author Johanna Stromann wants to write a novel about climate activists. But the research proves to be dangerous, as the state tries to suppress the protests with violence. Soon it is no longer possible for Johanna to remain neutral on the sidelines and simply document the events. On the contrary: it doesn’t go far enough for her. When the majority of climate groups were banned and their members sentenced to prison, she and the remaining activists founded the group “Parts Per Million” to bring the perpetrators of the climate catastrophe to justice. By any means necessary.
